Raising Hope Ministries

Raising Hope Ministries is a Christian ministry which strives to empower, comfort, and provide hope for families who have been entrusted by God to raise up their children with special needs.  Raising Hope also equips the church body to be educated, and to experience first-hand the mutual love and support between these families. Raising Hope Ministries offers:

Family Support

• Individual Counseling
• Parent Support Groups
• Accommodations within the Church 

Peer Mentor Program

• Matching kids with special needs with the JYG and select SYG to form connections, enhancing social skills, interpersonal relationships, and giving teens sense of purpose. 
• Training on a global and individual level for peers

Education

• Monthly speakers for church body (educational and motivational)
• Family movie nights on videos such as “Temple Grandin”
• Working closely with youth groups for more awareness

Community Involvement

• Networking with community services, schools, and agencies
• Resources for families
• Monthly community outings for families
