Senior Youth Group

Our Senior Youth Group is for teens in grades 9-12. The goal of this year’s Senior Youth Group is to build an excited team of young people who will work well together as a team to make a difference in our world. Here's a look at some of their activities our youth group takes part in and missions.

Weekly Youth Gatherings

Our Weekly youth gatherings are held on Sunday evenings from 6:15 – 8:00 PM. These gatherings are the key to the team building and Christian growth that this year is really all about. There will be activities and devotions, and food… all geared to having fun, learning, and team building.

Monadnock Bible Retreat

Our winter trip to Monandnock is one of the highlights of our year together. The kids always have a great time getting to know each other more and building their relationship with God. There are lots to do and some great worship. Everybody comes back exhausted, but they wouldn’t miss it

Going to West Virginia

Every two years our Senior Youth group takes part in a week-long “work” adventure in West Virginia at the Spring Heights Education Center in Spencer, WV. Their website is www.springheights.org. Our next trip will be in the summer of 2013.  We will be working both at the camp and in the local community doing repairs and building projects for those in need. The youth will hold fundraisers throughout the year to help pay for the trip.

In the spring of 2011, some of our senior youth group members and leaders had the unique opportunity of going abroad to work on the Nicaragua Wishing Well Water Project for Bijague!  For more details of their trip, please view or missions page.
